I travelled in the slip portion from Howrah to Durg (B2 coach, which goes to Okha). The train is very well maintained and my coach was fitted with bio toilets. The train has onboard maintenence staff as well and is a pretty aggressive train. However if you arein B2, the Pantry car guys usually give this coach less importance and hence food might have to be ordered from E Catering or at Stations. Pantry guys do visit but are irregular.

There is no charging points for the side lower berths in B1 coach.....the coach is old & shabby

Its very difficult for passengers travelling in B2 to get food ...since its an isolated rake pantry staffs avoid attending it....I personally faced the problem recently...for lunch they attend at bilaspur...tea and water are scarcely available from the vendors...so kindly carry your own resources
