My upcoming trip is in 12322 Kolkata Mail (Imperial Mail) on 13th December 2016 & I'm very much worried, I'm surely anticipating re-scheduling of it's departure from Mumbai itself, what's your say?
If your 12322 Imperial Mail is Rescheduled by 8-10 hrs, you can cancel your ticket and go via Nagpur in 12809 Mumbai Mail.

Quality of food served says that it is not preferable. Better buy food from stations such as HWH/PRYJ/DLI. I gave order for veg thali of 120 rs which had rice, 2 roti/chapati, daal, chana/chhole, potato-peas bhujia and a small sachet of pickle. The rotis and the bhujia weren't properly cooked.
Be prepared for running late in this train . Specially in winter season .
1. Probably the most punctual SF train between Howrah & Delhi. Though it takes significant time to travel but it seldoms gets as late as other trains do in NCR. NCR gives this train a respectable priority.
2. There is a massive demand for this train. Tickets fill up quicker than even 12381/12303.
3. There is a reserved '2S' coach that can be booked for reservation. However be advised such an arrangement exists only on paper. For all practical purposes this is a GS coach.

I don't think it's better than 12381. Think again. Trust me, you don't want to hear my experience in 12311.
If you need to travel in Kalka Mail from Howrah to Kalka or Howrah to Chandigarh, You must travel in AC First Class or you can travel in Kalka Mail on other classes from Howrah to following Locations

HWH-CNB AC 2 Tier/AC Three Tier
HWH-ALD AC 2 Tier/AC Three Tier/Sleeper Class
HWH-DLI AC 2 Tier
HWH-CNB AC 2 Tier/AC Three Tier
