sudhirgoa~ 9366 blog postsIf you are very hungry in the morning and cannot wait till reaching Mangaluru at 905am, then Kannur station is the place for you around 6am. There are a number of boys on the platform selling Coffee (Rs 10) and medu wada (Rs 20 for 2). On 16th March in the morning, I noticed there was no breakfast available on the train between Kannur and Mangaluru (although Coffee was being sold)

I waited for them to come, and no one came even after KPD. And finally they came when train was about to reach Salem. That to with no option. Almost everything was over.

really surprised train with CBC couplings. had terrible time during travel. feels as if you are travelling in goods train. can somebody tell me how many passenger trains have CBC couplings.

Not almost all. ALL LHB and HYBRID LHB coaches have CBC coupling.
