My observations:

Nizamuddin - Agra
1. Cleanliness - The train was clean inside out withdisposable seat headrest covers on their place. Though I did feel the seats were a bit dirty and needed better cleanliness. Unlike Vande Bharat the train was not cleaned after breakfast, which should have been done.

Food - What should be said? Awesome. Brown bread, butter chiplet, jam, sauce, paneer cutlets, 2 marie biscuits, 1 mango drink, 1 chocolate cup cake and a sanitizer. Is anything else needed. No, its enough. Its almost a brunch. After this tea is served. And after few moments, train hostess comes with a tray full of bananas (or maybe other seasonal fruits, this time it was banana).
3. Punctuality - We departed dot on time and entered Agra cantt bang at 0950 hrs. Just sit back and enjoy the speed.
4. Occupancy - The objective with which train was started i.e. to serve tourists bound to agra, it is successfully complying with it. In my C2 coach, only 5 passengers out of 71 (7 seats were empty) were bound to GWL/JHS and somewhat 10 pax boarded it at AGC. Foreigners are in majority. AGC gives it maximum or I should say 3/4th bookings.
5. People's views - People were impressed by the service of staff, train's cleanliness. Especially foreigners' smile while deboarding said all, that they enjoyed the 100 mins on this train.
