it is running speed as a express from chennai egmore to Tiruchi as express. No speed from Tiruchi to Mangalore running as a passanger, 5 am departure also inconvenience time for passngers. Need change 6 am dep time will be convenient for all.
No pantry. So be sure about carrying water bottles. If not you need to wait till Erode. Hard to see anyone selling water in platform other than stalls before erode.
Local vendors enter non AC coaches in karur. Good food like idli vada, pongal vada, poori aloo priced at 30/-. Coffee priced at 10/-. Or wait till Erode for breakfast, which is also quite good.
Don't miss buttermilk sold by some elderly women in uthukuli / oothukuli. The train halts for just one minute and hence you need to run to get...

Many people from Trichy and nearby places as kulithalai, pugalur etc , specially families are preferring it and booking under Chennai - Coimbatore quota.
I WAS TRAVELED FROM TRICHY TO MANGALORE-S10 Coach on 3rd May'15, This coach- no water on coach after coimbatore. No TTE. Train arrived shoranur, i saw, they inserted water pipes other coaches and i told them to do this coach meanwhile train is started moving.
Also I noticed, toilet cleaning team, they are cleaned S8 coach, S9 coach one side. They went to away from train and sat on shade for idle talk. I told them to do clean S10coach, no response. Whom should i complaint about this?
