I would advise fellow travellers, if possible don't book your tickets in SL class of this train, especially single males or males travelling in group. The enunchs/hijras would start bothering you right after train departing from hatia. But situation gets worse after 1am i.e. from baragarh road (i don't remember station name correctly as it was dark outside). 3 enunchs came in sleeper coaches and started slapping the WL passengers sleeping at doors to wake them up and forcibly took money from them. They did the same in whole coach. And every male passenger was forced to give atleast 10 rs. 5 rupee note not accepted. Were they out of their mind or what, extorting money at mid of night? After that from Raygada till renigunta you can expect that at every stop (only scheduled stops, this train hardly has any...

eunuchs should be thrown out of moving trains & they should get killed. such things should be done in each & every train across india, then to some extent their menace will be reduced
Throwing them out is not the solution but yes something should be done by the govt that they dont board train to extort money even from GEN class passengers. Now they have got much benefits from govt and supereme court so this type of activities should be stopped.
Have you complained Railway Ministry on Twitter? If not then complain about this on twitter immediately.
Bhai, it was one month old journey and network was also not that good in that region. And do I really need to tweet this? Don't railway authorities see that they harrass the passengers and first of all they should be booked for unauthorised travel in trains. I read in news that some months back situation was worse. RPF had arresseted 100s of these transgenders in that area. Can't imagine, if this was situation during my journey then what would have been the situation before the arrests?
One thing I noticed during my journey was every transgender was wearing an id-card in neck just like school students. What does that mean ? Anyone?
Yes! As a responsible traveler you must complain over PG Portal or directly to Railway Minister over Twitter.

Bhai, after returning from journey on 18th sept, I had sent 2-3 tweets (on 19th or 20th) tagging ministry and minister both but no reply was received from them.
Very sad to hear it, still I would request you to lodge a complaint over PG Portal.
Haa, wohi soch raha hoon. On PGportal they reply and in maximum cases they reply in under week.
Finally today i.e. 6/02/2017, I got the reply regarding this complaint I have sent on pgportal on 19/10/16. I got a letter as attachment in mail from chief security commissioner, SCR stating that they are trying to curb this menace by conducting raids on trains time to time and they are sorry for inconvenience faced during the journey. I had given up the hope of getting my complaint addressed but at last after about 4 months got a reply. Hope they do their work with full force so that passengers may enjoy their journey instead of thinking when this journey will end.
Getting letters from diff zones regarding my complaint. First SCR sent stating they are doing their best to curb this menace. Now SWR also sent that no part of route mentioned by me ( Hatia-Renigunta) falls under its jurisdiction so they cant to anything. Cannot understand why SWR was made to involve in this? The train belonged to SER, the incident didn't happen in SWR. But still its good to see they are looking forward to solve the problems of onboard passengers to give them comfortable journey. Now expecting a letter from SER and ECoR. Most probably they will also say we are trying...
Food is pathetic in this train. Can't say about snacks, as I didn't have them. Lunch and dinner menu was same. Veg thaali consisted of rice, daal, matar paneer, seasonal veg, 2 chapatis, pickle, 1 pouch water priced at Rs. 100. Tasteless food according to me.
Cleanliness is very bad. All coaches are old and toilet will be dirty through out the journey. Cleaning will be done at vizag but that also just for namesake. Always reach late at Vijayawada but will cover time in night.
