Coach looks very new! Just saw that it was 2019 made, but was it by RCF or ICF? Either way we need to understand what caused this and eliminate it from future coaches.
It doesnt matter whether the coach is from ICF/RCF/MCF the most concern is that quality should not be compromised and strict maintenance of coaches must be done.

Detached and brought back to Raiwala. Rest of the train with coaches in front of C5 brought to Dehradun and return journey happened with same coaches till HW.
At HW remaining coaches were attached again.
