I'm not trying to blame him, but it's just hard to believe someone who's well educated like him missed a train cos of just a number change.
If he says he has reached station 45 mins prior, it's hard to miss a janashatabdi ,of all trains. Couldn't he see any boards/hear any announcements/ask anyone nearby!!
