moving average speed is the Speed of the train excluding Halt times, so in this case, the train is having a moving average speed of 56kmph, which qualifies this train for SF Category, although i dont think this is applicable in every train
true... but not sure whats the scene with that, many MEXP Trains have a avg speed of 55+, maybe patalkot and this LKO PPTA would be an example of those
I see. So, Railways' classification of a train being SF[55 kph] is grounded on simple average speed or moving average speed? I think there is 12531 LJN-GKP ICE which has a normal average speed of 49 kph yet is classified as a SF.

Ironic, since the work is being done in a different segment and trains cancelled of a different route. I thought the only common factor was the controlling/alignment at BBK which was sorted out by cancellation of trains the past month.
Dheere - dheere mostly sari trains cancel kar di hai BBK-AYC route par, jab public ke aane ka itna hi dar hai to sari trains cancel hi kar do bhai.
Jaldi se jaldi doubling poora karne ki tyari hai poore route ka isliye cancellation hua hai.BBK ka kuch lena dena nahi hai
Bhai mai BBK ko blame hi nahi kar raha hoon, mai to kah raha hoon jab gov. 22 ko public ko aane nahi dena chahti hai to sari trains hi cancel kar do udhar jane wali baat hi khatam ho jaaye. Dheere dheere mostly sari hi cancel kar di hain, waise bhi.
