Kandra is an outskirt of Tatanagar. Mainly students isi ko prefer karte hain Jamshedpur se Howrah ke liye, in case of morning exams.
May be.. only when they don't get reservation in the main line(Shortest route) ones, as most of them are very long distance trains and getting reservation at the last moment is difficult. But this train is best and mostly utilized by the the pax of PRR.
Yes, actually to reach Kolkata early morning, main line trains are mostly at late night which is uncomfortable timing. So this is preferred.
