Recent days, 01013 has been running lately which obviously cause rescheduling of 01014. This issue is faced from a long time.

In the recent past, this seems to be the train with the most rescheduling being done. At Kurla end, it used to have some rake standardisation with LTT-Patna which would have meant that even if the train reaches late at Kurla, departure would still happen on time. I dont think that is happening any more. Also for train 01013 LTT-CBE, if they can cut down the slack between Bangalore-CBE, the train can reach around 5am and have extra buffer time.
But I think CBE doesnt have PF available at that time. CR & SR have to get together to sort out the issue with TT for tis train.

The issue with this train is that since this is a legacy train from Bengaluru, it spends around 2 hours inside Bengaluru (Bengaluru East, SBC, Bengaluru Cantt). It should be bypassing Bengaluru through either KJM or Yesvantpur.
Swap TT of this train with Udyan. CST CBE Something like CST Dep 0800 GTL 0005 SMVB 0430 SA 0900 CBE 1130. Return CBE dep 1400 SA 1630 SMVB 2100 GTL 0200 CST 1800.
RSA with Siddheshwar not affected.
