Their are many trains at same time but none of them halt as much it will have as its merger of 2 pass type train by removing some halts and speeding up i.e 19007+11127 and new service between kte and pcoi/pryj/rewa so it will act as a morning ice type train between et-jbp and in return as evening/return ice type train
Something like this /train/198457 it will act as evening ice train between surat-bsl then overnight pass/ice between bsl-et and then morning pass for et-jbp and then m/exp for jbp-pryj section and it will be good for e2e pax also
I guess if Prayagraj thing doesn't work out, Rewa can be there in the picture but much more deserving alternatives like Mahoba/Khajuraho/Banda should be explored through this. Since timings and halts would be in favour to Unreserved Population, this route should have at least one dedicated train to Surat. Routing via Jabalpur won't matter as passengers in Unreserved Coaches will be HUGE, experienced it in DADN PRYJ Express Trip.

If it's going to PCOI and Mahoba, no need to bring Rewa into picture- an arrangement of 3-4 days can be made there. We can catch this service from Satna. That way Terminal Arrangement stays between WR and NCR.
Rewa already has Ekta Nagar Express and Rajkot Express. It's high time it gets a regular service to Mumbai (CSMT Special regularised) and a Tri Weekly Service to Mysuru (via Chennai or Secunderabad or Tirupati or Pune). A service to Northeast and Amritsar wouldn't hurt. Other than that it's fine. Seeing the condition of stations like Dhanbad, Surat and Tatanagar, Rewa is especially Lucky that it has a Daily Dedicated Service to Delhi through NCR which Normally maintains its punctuality.
