Nowadays railways is aiming to convert all non AC trains to AC coaches
They could have converted the 2A one to Chair Car easily. I would assume that demand for AC Chair Car is greater than 2A considering latter is way more expensive.

I see this train almost daily. It's India''s only self generating LHB rame. .
No bro, the train you are talking about is ANVT-SVDK special, which runs with a prototype self generating LHB rake. Seems you're getting confused by seeing the livery. This is a self-generating SLR H-LHB coach.
But I saw same numered SLR in that train... it hv fiat biggies.
