Bad experience due to Sleeper reduction

Yesterday I had a Sleeper ticket in 12833 ADI HWH Express from Raipur to Bilaspur and 3AC ticket from Bilaspur to Tatanagar. I expected to get into the train at Raipur but experience was horrible. No space to enter the Sleeper coaches. General passengers have entered and blocked the doors. They don't even open the doors for reservation passengers to enter the coach.
