Looks very dirty also. Himsagar was rather clean during its ICF days.
But all coaches are LHB only. Are you referring to the small window LHB coaches as ICF?

1 2nd AC coach has been increased and 2 sleeper coaches have been replaced with 3rd AC Economy coaches.

Did someone captured the first LHB run of 16317 Himsagar Express From CAPE?
For a moment it was good to see revised composition as 8 sleeper. But in the note below they revised it back again to 6 !
