Already KZJ/WL have no of trains towards SBC i.e rajdhani,sanghmitra,baghmati,kongu,JP-MYS wainganga,GKP-YPR....so no need to there

But there is no dedicated train b/w Telangana's second biggest city and Bangalore. Nevertheless, I support this train extension to any city which is useful
Did your MP put this request forward. I think Karimnagar is in SC division and NZB in HYD division so NZB may be easier to extend.

With the present timings if extended it won't benefit traveller nor IR in increasing its income. The extended portion will be 80-90% vacant from KCG. For KRMR manoharabad to KRMR new line should be completed then only you can get patronage.
I would recommend extending this train lo MUMBAI LTT. And make it as a daily train
