Passengers arriving SC by other trains and proceeding further through MMTS can also avail ticket booking exclusively for MMTS on counter between 6 and 7 platforms..This would save long walks to either exits for a ticket and time too!

Also ATVM machines are between PF-4/5 and 6/7 apart from the ones on PF-1/10 exits.

If you miss buying Hyderabad famous Karachi Biscuits or Pulla Reddy Sweets when you are in city don’t worry. You can buy them on platform no.1 in food court and sold at MRP.
Earlier I used to carry them from respective shops and now no need to carry them all the way till station.

Secunderabad East Metro station is just few meters away from Secunderabad Railway Station. It is just near the Reservation Complex of SC. One can get different types of food near the station area. Food are very cheap compared to other places. You can get fruit juice freshly prepared for ₹10 and so on. Reservation Counter have token system and have good Queue Management System. Ola Parking spot is available. Bus terminus is just beside the general ticket booking counter of SC Railways. If one is in doubt about which bus to board from Railway Station for a particular destination just go and ask at the Enquiry Kiosk at the Bus Terminus, they will help you with the same. Railway Staffs are very polite and helpful.

If you are taking a CAB after getting down at the station,Better Book it from PF.10 Exit. The exit is calm,No traffic as in PF.1 Exit. The driver can wait till you reach him and You will also be able to find him quickly as there are less number of vehicles there.

If need to buy urgent unreserved ticket.
It is advisable to approach Pf 10 side ticket counter, its generally empty while the one on pf 1(city side) is full of rush everytime.
