There's a shack near the waterfall, where you can put up tents on first-come-first-serve basis. If its not raining, you may even make do without tents, provided there are not too many persons. Weekends are crowded during monsoon, with around 50-100 persons tenting it out.
All goods trains going towards Kulem will halt here. If you're lucky, the guard may give a 'lift' till Kulem. Guards are usually very friendly and do not charge you for the help.
