Somnath Jyotirling Mandir is situated at a distance of 2KM from Somnath Railway Station.
It is the first among the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva.

Absoulutly new station and very near to somnath temple ie .500 metres . Now there are 3 food stalls on platform.

Absolutely no stall, there is no provision for anything, anybody coming should keep this in mind

No refreshment facility. Only 2 platforms. No platform numbers available but when you enter the station, the right hand side is default platform for any departing train.Auto Rickshaws are available whenever there is arrival only. Ticket booking facility available but only before departure of any train. Somnath Temple is 2 Kms from station, Gir Jungle is 40 Kms. It is the terminating station so can be named Somnath Terminus.

Absolute bungling, at night you will be asked to produce print out of voucher despite online booking, so be prepared with every possible xerox copy. There is no provision of a print out even during the daytime in area around Somnath.
