Remarkable Achievement👏👏..
ICF is one of the ultimate backbone of IR and constantly upgrading its capabilities with new toys every year from Vande Bharat to Metro to Sleeper VB now.
It would be even more better if one more factory is setup under ICF in the outskirts of Chennai or even Cities like TPJ.

One of the largest manufacturing units in India... that itself is quite a big achievement... and I agree with ur point... but lots of factors will come into play like land acquisition and permission for construction and many more... let's wait and see....👍👍
The target for ICF in 2023-24 is 3240 coaches a shortage if 400 coaches of which VB train sets 712 only 456 could be turned our.
