Ya i was too following this conversation on twitter and its true in no time railway official arranged the doctor along with medicine and oxygen cylinder 👍

I think the strategy of KR is not doubling, but increase in the number of stations and loop lines

Thanks. ''This will help railways to substitute one train with another in case of delays''. This would be nice. They can keep a couple of emergency rakes and use them when incoming trains are delayed. Substitutions
