I think its Delhi governments responsibility to provide shelter. As per DRM they have provide 3 notices to all the peoples, Delhi government and Delhi police. if Delhi gov't can't take any decision by providing alternate option then they have not right to blame Railway as its total failure of Delhi govt. You all can see all these slums have huge vote bank for these politician and they mostly favored such encroachments. not in Delhi even in Mumbai we can too find them e.g. Bandra stations where all illegal huts were on fired but within 2 days of time all illegal hutments were available with shelter at same place even after knowing that they are living on illegal place of railway. if we are talking about infrastructure of railway to be developed then all such decision is very much necessary but with proper notice.

Sir you are broadening the scope of discussion. I agree at your point. Corruption is too high in India and obviously rich people get differential treatment. But I am only talking about evacuating people from railways land.
