Considering traffic needs of 2028-29 City of Visakhapatnam needs a Metro system for sure. Govt should have considered earlier DPR given by DMRC(E.Sridharan) than this present mindless project routes which lacks proper interchange and financial viability.

Please don't say developing Visakhapatnam as decentralization plan (it is not Srikakulam or Vizayanagaram) as it is the most developed city of Present AP atleast.
