1. Past booking or economic calculations ke basis par audit hone ke baad naye train chale/naye stops diye jaaye aur puraane loss making trains band ho
2. Kis train ko lhb rakhna/icf cbc rakhan hai wo ek set formula/algorithm ke basis par tay ho.

ek section par freight : passenger train ka ratio economic viability ke basis par set ho. signalling system pehle improve ho fir jaroori hui to doubling/tripling task kiye jaaaye.
4. Free pass mla/mp/representative/staff sab ke liye band ho, railway ka encroached land wapas recover ho.
5. officers ke liye chalne waale saloon/special trains/unko milne waale sewak/unke ghar kaam karne waale gangman sab band ho.
6. unionbaazi/ retired railway man ko milne waale saare facilities band ho.
and the last and most important :
IRAS/IRTS ka cadre khatam ho...rail ministry khtama ho ke ministry of surface transport me merge ho.
