Chennai: Prime Minister Modi To Flag Off Chennai-Nagercoil Vande Bharat Express On June 20

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Chennai on June 20th to inaugurate various railway projects, including two new Vande Bharat Express trains: Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil and Madurai-Bengaluru. Dusre projects mein Basin Bridge pe ek Vande Bharat maintenance depot ka foundation stone bhi shamil hai aur Aralvaimozhi-Nagercoil aur Melapalayam-Tirunelveli lines ka doubling ka kam bhi complete ho gaya hai. Is time period mein passenger traffic badhne ki wajah se, Tambaram aur Ramanathapuram ke beech special bi-weekly trains chalai jaayengi aur Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil Vande Bharat Express ab weekly ki jagah daily chalana shuru ho jayega.
