situation. The Tejas Express also suffers from issues of cockroaches and dirty linens, reported by passengers on the Lucknow-Mumbai train. The IRCTC, however, claims that they take passenger complaints seriously and that they shut down the Tejas Express once a week for maintenance to address any shortcomings.

Tejas Express ki yeh buri haalat hone ke baavajood, railway officers koi dhyaan nahi de rahe hain. Isse passengers train se dur bhaag rahe hain aur railway ki income bhi kam ho rahi hai. Mumbai jaane wali train mein cockroach aur ganda chadar-tauliya bhi mila hai. Lucknow se Mumbai jaane wali train mein cockroach ka bahut terror hai. Passengers ne complain ki thi ki 3rd AC coach mein cockroach hai, lekin koi action nahi liya gaya. Train mein milne wala ganda chadar aur tauliya bhi istemaal ke layak nahi hai. IRCTC ne kaha hai ki woh passengers ki complain seriously lete hain. Har hafte mein ek din Tejas train ko band karke maintenance kiya jaata hai. Jahan bhi koi kamina hai, use theek kiya jaayega.
