2. Run another Ypr-Sur train via Bay-Hpt-Gdg.

My suggestion:
Basava: From Mysore to Solapur via SBC GTL GDG BJP.
SWR should take over SUR HAS SF and run as MYS SUR SF via SBC. Increase quota for SUR SBC sector.
In the slot of current Basava between SUR to SBC, a new Mumbai Bangalore SF (operated by SWR) should be run. This can be shadow train of current SUR...

HAS SF. In both directions.

For Bidar, SCR can run a new Bidar Mysore SF Via KLBG RC GTL. This can have RSA with KCVL MYS SF.
Current YPR BIDR LATUR can be run daily in present route without any issues.
Advantages are
1. BGK BJP get a faster shorter route train to Bangalore.
2. Mumbai to Bangalore daily train in current basava slot. Benefitting Mumbai, Pune, SUR KLBG pax to Bangalore.
3. Additional daily train to Kalaburagi and Bidar.
4. Mysore to Bidar daily train without compromising anyone.
