** Are there instances of LP doing just 20-40 km in the 8 hrs. of daily duty???. It is slower than our walking speed?? If true then it is really shocking!!

** Mr. Prabhu should be credited to give mega push to capacity addition projects especially doublings & DFC. Today we see doubling/ tripling/ quadrupling construction activities going on at most of the profitable lines of IR esp. the trunk lines & freight routes which are identified as Super Critical & Critical Projects which are being commissioned and planned to be fully commissioned by 2024 . Once commissioned, the capacity, efficiency & finances of IR is likely to improve substantially.
