For them, 2mns stop at delhi (prentended formal station to be given stopage because its national capital,revenue generators adoni,Kadapa are removed and ir will still hope to fetch gud revenue

Biggest hindrance in occupancy of this train in regular pre covid run was excessive dynamic fare as TT was that of normal SF despite so less stoppages....
Public didn't want to shell extra for a sf train TT, unless other trains are full.
So, if they rationalize the fare and add some vital stoppages en route, then only it's going to work
