I dont think 10single trains are running from haridvar.if you count incoming and outgoing as 2 trains ,may be ok .but 2 Jan shatbdi,nandadevi ,Ddn- Kathgodam and I train from Rajasthan are running as far as I know

Gwalior Pune ki ek rake hai jiska RSA hai Sushasan Express ke saath. While Jhansi Bandra Express has 2 rakes so it's more easy for Jhansi Bandra to be triweekly

Sushasan Express ke saath RSA hai Gwalior Pune ka. And Gwalior has stability line issues too. So increasing frequency of the train is not feasible, untill any Train with PM is extended to another station.
