If ECR is earning over 5.6 times the passenger revenue from goods, its passengers should worry 56 times before launching another agitation against fare hike. Note: IR should increase MEMUs here and everywhere. Also introduce MEMUs with toilets on long routes. It would only be fair to charge extra for these long distances under Swachh Bharat abhiyaan.
If I'm not wrong, memu are already equipped with toilets. Local EMUs lacks of it. But now RB ordered to make new EMU coaches with toilet facility.
