UDUPI: Baindoor railway station on Konkan Railway route in the district would be upgraded with better passenger facilities, said Shivamogga MP, B Y Raghavendra. Due attention would be given to developing basic amenities at the railway station and also enhancing amenities to the passengers using this station, the newly elected MP assured at a 'Jan Sampark' meeting after inaugurating the office of MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT in Baindoor on Thursday.Issues pertaining to maintenance of national highway passing through Baindoor assembly constituency have already been already been flagged with authorities concerned for rectification, MP said.
