Last govt ke major scams bhi CAG ne hi highlight kiya tha. Still in opinion that it remains unbiased and is quite factually correct
Report may be true. But any how after railways 100% electrification move, Diesel locos may not required more. Better if they convert the failed locos into Electric one at Varanasi shed.
CAG... Highlighted Factual things...Whatever Quality Lapses & Corruption happened during Procurement of Raw Material used in Manufacturing would be Highlighted by CAG...
CAG Audited the Books against Work done within a Particular period like Account, Policies, Quality Control & Procedural Ethics...Etc..

CAG may be right, not denying it. My point was let convert these failed locos into electric, anyhow 100% electrification is targeted by IR.
