Brajesh: Railways have full focus on third rail route development from Bhagalpur to Ranchi. Jcdih to Pirpanti via Godda rail line will connect Navagachya. For this, the Ganga Bridge will be constructed at Bateshwar place in Kahalgaon. The third route from Bhagalpur to Ranchi will be after completion of pirpanti-JCDH railway line. The line will touch Godda, Dumka, Deoghar and Jasidih and reach Pirpanti and Bhagalpur.At present, there are two routes from Bhagalpur to Ranchi. Godda-Pirpanti railway line was approved in 2009. The project is the last link of the 96 km long railway line from Hansdiha to Pirpanti, which is to be built from Godda to Pirpanti (64 km).New railway line to be built between Godda-Mirzapost to save coal sectorA new railway line will be laid between Pirpanti-Godda line while rescuing the coal sector. The survey has been conducted from Godda to Gokula and there will be no change in this alignment. But the ongoing survey work between Gokula to Pirpanti may change its alignment.
