Sheohar districts of Bihar are closed. The Indian Railways is initiating the process of opening 1759-medicine Jan Aushadhi Kendras (JAKs) at 20 railway stations in Bihar, including Patna Junction, Danapur, Rajendra Nagar Terminal, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, and Gaya. The project aims to provide affordable medications to passengers and the public. These centers will offer 1759 types of generic medicines at 50-90% less than branded options. The expansion of JAKs to other stations is planned within five months.
