major reason for this is the exploitation of caterers that the travelling public do not know the Standard Meals Menu that is TO BE PROVIDED by caterers in IR.

I have attached the PDF file of the Standard Meals MENU from Trains at a Glance (TAAG) 2012-13.

I request all the passengers to download the same and keep it handy. Show it to the caterers in case you see a difference in quality and quantity of food provided. Please stand up for Variance.

This small change will slowly intensify and we can definite change in quality and quantity of food provided aboard Indian Railways...
