Is it possible to include Varanasi City as a stop too? I wish this train to stop at Varanasi Jn, Banaras, Varanasi City, Kashi, Babatpur and DDU. Basically, agar koi passenger aaye toh aaram se four five hours BSB ki air ka majah le and then Lucknow jayen.

Think of it like the Toofan express. Once a legendary train; then random stops start getting added and the train becomes a joke. Looks like this VB will become a joke even before starting. I wonder if this will even get the amount of passengers JP-AF Shatabadi got :p

This seems to be the most hypocritical of it. Anyone travelling at any station/train of NER is most likely to be unmasked simply because it is unenforced and/or most folks have had their shots. The counter argument would be "But But the law says to wear the ask". Well, I saw unmasked police RPF officers and TTE. Do fine them as well. Either REGULARLY enforce the mask requirement or don't jump through bureaucratic hoops to collect fines.

Think of Vande Bharat trains as a legacy that this government wants to leave on Indian Railways as every previous govt. as done and then it'll make sense. It doesn't matter if the trains will bleed money or won't live upto their name. What matters is that they introduced a new flagship series of trains and replaced the previous ones.
Doubling of tracks and increasing mps takes time and is a thankless job while starting a new series of trains involves public attention. That's what it's about. Otherwise, anyone can see that...
