Hey Guys, I am really surprised by this Dynamic Fare structure for this Duronto Train - Between DEE to YPR. In short - JHS to YPR is Rs.2550/- (3A class) and BPL(HBJ) to YPR is Rs.2920/- (3A) and better is this - DEE to YPR is Rs.2785/- (3A) - So, I am still wondering why is BPL(HBJ) to YPR the costliest in 3A class?
I am, for the last one week, finding the best possible solution for my return journey from UDZ to SBC/YPR departing on either 31st March (late night) or 1st / 2nd April 2019 (anytime). There is one direct train on 1st Apr from UDZ to SBC. But that reaches SBC on 3rd April at around 13.40 hrs. (Flights

are a BIG NO as its INDIGO all the way from either UDZ or JP to Bangalore. And in a recent news I read that INDIGO has less pilots and hence cancelling about 30 to 49 flights daily in Mar / Apr 2019 )
I thought of going from UDZ to ABR or ADI or BRC and then a train to MAJN and then by road / rail to SBC - Somehow that did not workout.
I was looking to book tickets from BPL to YPR in 3A and the fare is Rs.2920/- all inclusive. Then somewhere in my mind, I thought why not try something from JHS - and then this Duronto train came up. I checked it again and again and again for the FARE part of it - Rs.2550/- from JHS to YPR and Rs.2920/- from HBJ to YPR.
So, now I am planning to book JHS to YPR on 2nd April 2019 and choosing the boarding point as HBJ.
I will manage to reach HBJ before 06:00 hrs on 2nd April 2019, from UDZ and will board this Duronto at HBJ at 08.25 hrs to reach YPR on 3rd April 2019 in the morning - and I wont mind train arrival delays of up to 3 hrs at YPR on 3rd April.
Shoot me your suggestion please...

BPL - YPR is costliest because less number of seats allotted. Less number of seats filling quickly and thus fare shooting upwards. Take the cheaper option and put your boarding point bhopal if you are comfortable.

Full AC train demanded between TATA and HWH. Steel EC got mixed response. I will be travelling by Steel hopefully by next week. It will be my first trip after EC attachment. 3A returning to Steel have a very good possibility.

Why will passengers travel in such a long route? For overnight journeys HWH ADI express is there. Seats are available in Current. Same for Down. Kriya Yoga, Azad Hind, Jnaneswari are so many options for the same. It may be hot for PRR but not for TATA.

Definitely some mismanagement. Everyday it is delayed. As a small station with three platforms it should be well maintained on time. (Kannur also have only three (+1A) platforms and many more trains are passing through two platforms, still manages.) Not sure any staff shortage here is the issue.

Why ECR never thought of starting a train from DBG, MFP or Chapra to Gaya even after the completion of Digha bridge. Intra-state rail connectivity in Bihar is quite poor. What could be the reason??

But this nexus between Railway official and bus mafia must end. Gaya, Rajgir are short of tourist spots of Bihar and rail connectivity will directly or indirectly boost the economy of Bihar. State government should pursue MOR for the establishment of rail link.

Why trains not running from north bihar to patna gaya mugalsarai ara buxar.there are lots of daily commuters.
Some trains of patna like patna ernakulam and patna secunderabad Express should be extended upto MFP and patna kota Express upto Sitamarhi
