Outer limit has been removed, not inner. You still need to be outside station to book UTS ticket.
I tried to book paperless ticket from Kanpur while I am in Lucknow currently but still Kanpur isn't showing in station list as before. I think inner limit is removed not outer

Main nahi yatra kar raha tha. Meri train aane wali thi iske 1 ghante baad. Sabse dikkat hai iske time par chalne ka. Aur mujhe jo personally kharab lagta hai wo ye hai ki ab koi bhi train nahi hai jo Tata - Patna dedicated connectivity de. Super bhi pahle Ara wale le gaye aur ab Buxar wale. Ye train bhi originally to Tata Patna hi thi.
