I am traveling to this station from 2013 and it is getting developed day by day. Cleanliness is good and now their are two ticket counters on Platform. Previous there was only one. Now various Demu locals and express trains halts at uruli. The climate during winter and rainy season is awesome. U can visit places like Nisargaupchar aashram, Prayagdham ashram, Theur ganapati (10kms) from uruli (Theur ganapati one of the famous Asthavinayak ganapati.) Every Sunday their is a village Bazzar. The people are very helpful and polite in Nature. U can directly catch trails from kalyan Hyderabad express and udyan express which stops are uruli and from pune various Demu local halts. If u come by bus from Mumbai from Hadapsar u can get direct buses to uruli kanchan fare is 30rs./- U can enjoy your time by relaxing ur weekend here if u have w weekend home or a...

If you are travelling by this train then it is very difficult to get u seat if u are travelling by general compartment.if you have a reserved ticket then there is no tension.But if u are wish to get the seat in general compartment then u have to board the train at MUMBAI CST only.You can board the train at Dadar,Thane as well as at kalyan but there are no chances of getting seat You have to travel by standing in passage.You Will definitely get seat once the train passes PUNE JN.but at MUMBAI CST there are 99% chances of getting seat in GENERAL COMPARTMENT.

Suri~ 7920 blog postsIf you have to catch any train from mumbai (you living in Pune) whose departure is at about 11 am to 1 pm , and don't wish to hamper you one night's sleep , then take this train. Fare is lower as compared to other trains but positive thing is you will get a full fledged 5-6 hrs night sleep. You can even opt for 3A class , but i will suggest you SL because overnight journey in SL is very safe with RPF escort patrolling and a fully attentive TC who is dedicated for just 3 coaches. Negative point of this train is now a days it always arrives after midnight at pune. It trail the CSTM Mail, Shatabdi and Konark all the way from SUR (Priority worsen only from last year; earlier it was very punctual train but condition got poor from last year).

Today morning around 9.30 something i heard this train announcement at thane platform 6..11010 up Pune mumbai sinhagad. Does 11010 train have got stop at thane station?
