Deccan queen departing from Mumbai CSMT, while I was onboard of a CSMT bound EMU at CSMT outer. Hauled by Wcam/2, now most of the intercity trains from CSMT are hauled by Wcam/2.

I don't know for sure. Maybe long distance trains are getting wap4/5/7 and wdp4, or maybe due to other reasons. But, on many occasions I have seen 11009/12123/11007 getting hauled by Wap4 & Wap7 and WDP4D too.

Priority of long distance trains maybe another reason too.

Train no. 12907/Maharashtra Sampark Kranti Express BDTS-NZM, will start its services from 26/01/2022. Train will depart at 17:30 from Bdts and will reach NZM at 10:15 (New timetable with less time required for the entire journey). Departure days are the same as per Old timetable (Sun/Wed) from Bdts.

Similarly, Train no. 12908/Maharashtra Sampark Kranti Express NZM-BDTS, will start its services from 27/01/2022. Train will depart at 16:30 from NZM and will reach Bdts at 09:15 (New timetable with less time required for the entire journey). Departure days are the same as per...

I want to congratulate Railways on improvements ... I just tweeted a complaint regarding Indianrail.gov.in website not opening properly since months and the difficulties faced by us to check pnr & current booking checking ... I got a tweet from ministry of railways as a reply"issue forwarded to concerned official" ... Now site is opening properly and pnr & booking availability is working ... Thanks IR

12216/Bdts Dee Garibrath ... Yesterday i went to bdts to see off my brother ... I saw G19 Have 3 Side Berths ( Side Lower , Side Middle , Side Upper ) ... Plus there was this strange System of RAC seats ; Berth no. 10 & 19 (both lower berths) have 3 passengers allocated to these berths as RAC passengers ... It means 3 passengers sharing one seat , how ridiculous is that? ... 2 RAC passengers are considerable but 3 , is it a joke? ... Govt collects approx 3300 from 3 passengers and just 1 berth? ... Railway never reached this kind of low before ! But why now?
