Empty? are you kidding here? it is running with almost 80% occupancy my friend. Now do you need people to literally leave no space in the coaches and travel on every cm2 of area available?

There are 16 ac3 coaches (as mentioned in this site) and each has 72 seats as it is lhb rake, so 16*72 = 1152 seats
occupied seats= 1152-251 = 901 out of 1152 i.e. 78.21 % as i said almost 80%. Reverify your facts and then make statements. Also according to the picture attached below, it has pretty good occupancy for a full 3ac train that too with dynamic pricing.

With 7 daily flights b/w Bhubaneswar and Bengaluru, there is just 1 daily and 3 weekly trains on this route (except other long dist trains which offers Remote location quota). Can any train be white elephant on such a high demanding route but too less trains? In my view even the 12845 BBS-BNC weekly express should be made to run daily.

look at the screen shot and read your own comment. when you said "already monday has one train which is running empty" it clearly meant that it was the Humsafar. what else can it mean?

in the contex of suvidha special only you said that "already monday has one train which is running empty". Or else which was the "already introduced train that runs on monday" which you contemplate as running empty and the running day of suvidha as "bekar days of running" just because monday had already an empty running train from bbs to sbc? definitely not Prashanti exp or any other long distance train.
