i have one question . suppose if i buy WL tatkal ticket and premium tatkal not filled upto chart prepartion ........ then who will get first priority ??? GNWL or CKWl for remaining premium tatkal seats ????
Since the prck is taken from ck quota, the unused prck will go to ck WL. Still there is no official clarification on this.

I have a tatkal ticket(Counter ticket) booked for friday but I missed it at my home. What shall I do??

If any passenger failed to report, TTE will allot the seat to next eligible RAC/WL passenger. It wont kept vacant till destination.

Sir, the exceptional case not for forgetting his ticket at home. Its for natural calamities etc. Once i read the definition for this exceptional cases here in IRI, But i dont remember the post

The duplicate tatkal tickets are issued in exceptional cases on payment of full fare under the discretionary powers of the officer nominated at reservation office. Also, it should be proved that the incident its beyond the control of the passenger (like theft, fire, natural calamities etc) with adequate proof for the same
