Foods from pantry are really good. Egg meals cost₹ 120 with 4 Roti's, dal, 2 egg with curry, rice, gulab jamun with garlic pickle. You will also get fish thali & chicken thali. Snacks like samosa, veg patties, egg chop, vegeatable chop, veg choumin, egg biriyani, tea, coffee also available. Travelled on 8.1.22.

There are 2 first class coaches in the train. one is F1 & other is normal first class. If you book tickets from irctc website/app, you will get seat in F1 coach. If you book current ticket at coonor station, you will get seat in other first class coach.
