Good news: As per source Just now CRS GAVE CRS CERTIFICATE FOR RUNNING PASSENGER TRAINS BETWEEN HOSAPETE - KOTTURU MPS for kty - hbi section 60kmph ,
Hbi -vc 50kmph ,&
Vc - hpt 40kmph
No major problem ..some suggestions given for minor corrections.

This is the most delayed project. For some or the other reasons it's been delayed over three decades. At least now the railway authority should not fool the people of this region with fake promise. Hope train will run as per schedule i.e 15th Sept 2019.
