Sub: Extraordinary delayed run of 12561/62 on NCR/NER system on dally basis. Dear Sir, The 12561/62 Swatantrata Sainani Super Fast is well known popular train serves mainly Part of North Bihar and East UP and connects them with national capital. Although the train is very popular among passengers the passing zones are totally against of this train (seems) as train runs avg 8/10 hrs late between CPR- BSB-ALD-CNB-NDLS section in both directions. It is well known that the section is under heavy traffic load and many trains run late but this train daily makes new record in delay and crawls worst than freight train. The Super Fast tag is mockery in this case and NCR specially treats like enemy (seems)...

Unfortunately the railway board never cares why this train is being treated like this and why can not maintain decent run with acceptable 1/2 hr delay on stressed route of NER/NCR. The prestigious train has been degraded as real passenger and also halts at Bhulanpur Halt which is real example how railway Board can give stoppage of already overloaded SF train on Halt station just to degrade this train. We request to Hon'ble Minister of Railway Shri Suresh Prabhu to see this matter how IR is treating long distance very popular SF train like बैल गाडी. We have no hope with any of NCR administration as they deliberately delay this train. Thanks.
