Inner limit is not changed means you cannot book inside station and train, whereas outer limit is we can book ticket from anywhere which was was earlier 100 m within the railway station premises.

I booked ticket in this train in sleeper for 28 march from ringas to delhi for 5 person in senior citizen quota which was showing 22 available while booking, but after booking the tickets are booked under general quota with waiting list, can some one guide wheather these tickets will be confirm at the time of chart preparation or will remain in general list
