Some pictures taken at SC on Sunday. It was pushed by WAG-9. Well it was going backward probably to yard though the chart seems to be pasted fresh but on wrong side of th platform.

Thanks SRG,
It was a last minute confirmation and i was hanging out of the door to get an auto. In mumbai it's raining heavily and 5 minute can turn to 50 minute any time.
Thanks to all your wishes it got confirmed and i could catch it from Dadar.

Thanks SRG,

20 minute late at Karjat.
Its drizzling outside and a beautiful view of cloud clad green mountains from the window. The coupe is filled with smell of Samosas and vada poas while local vendors walk across. The journey in express train is far more happening then traveling by Duronto or Rajdhani.

Crossing Dehuroad.
The journey through the ghat had added bonus today as it was raining and loads of white sparkling water coming down from hill in form of waterfalls.
What a view. Waterfalls and amzing greenary every where then long pauses in tunnel and then back to wterfalls.

Crosed bablad around 3:15, so already one hour late by then.
The funny thing was, a local speed awy from station while konark was snailing on the central line.

Yesterday night I ordered for dinner, it was loaded at Pune. Nice home made tiffin box, speciality of Pune. Good taste and quality. Gobhi curry, dal, rice, parantha, curd, pickle and papad.
Strange thing is normally in trains hawker start coming at 6:30 bu in Konark express none till now except for the pantry guys for tea and coffee twice.

Nothing much to update in night.
The tickets were checked even before train was started and with in 40 minutes the coach went into dark except for movement of part of the group travelling in 3 coaches.
Pleasent morning sky outside and train running with speed tryin to leave behind the rising sun.
