This train is showing availability of seats from October 31. Does this mean that the train will resume its services from that day? I am anxiously waiting for this train to start running between Agartala and Lumding. Please anyone who has more information quench my curiosity.

Yea,
It is showing availability of seats even before 31 but the problem is whether really this train will run?
Three - four times it has happened that I'v booked my ticket my and cancelled it because just before departure of the train it has been informed that it is cancelled....
I want some authentic information regarding this train.
