It has been over 2 weeks since the appointment of the current batch of FMs and 750 Complaints have been handled so far. It gives me immense pleasure in congratulating them for running the team diligently, professionally, competently and above all, without a shred of controversy or bias. The FM position is, by its very nature, a thankless job. If there are ZERO incidents in the Forum, it is taken for granted. But if there is even a very slight incident, it doesn't take much time for some member to blow it up into a huge controversy, and after that, start blaming the system or FMs.

First of All, I Congratulate you for the Ultimate responsive system you have introduced sir. FM alert notification is alerting all FMs including you as well which is delivering very quick response and disposal of complains unlike previous system which were not only late in action but also not that much efficient.

From now on pls update normal as if zones annonuce spls like suvidha or special fare special instead of writing full name like special fare special we can right only as special if normal ,if suvi tag we can add suvidha spl,or if any region/state/national festive occasaion we can add hwh ypr diwali spl etc
Few recommendatiobs/pattern
1)Howrah -Yesvantpur weekly/biweekly Special
(as spl fare is tatkal fare common no need to add full tag name)
2)Howrah-Yesvantpur Suvidha Special
3)Howarah-Yesvantpur Diwali/pongal/Mela (if any name) Spl etc
Hope all will agree/suggestions pls
Some specials are normal specials too. In that case what this distinguish between fare type difference f train.
